• Our cancellation policy is advantages to the clients and to the company who is promoting us. No hidden clauses !
• We do not charge clients because of any cancellation due to our internal issues (If we can't offer a site due to a situation well beyond our control an alternate site would be offered or full refund is done!)  
• Only Mahoora has the capacity to offer multiple sites at the same park or any other location in Sri Lanka. (easily 4 parallel camps)  During the last ten years we have never let down a client after accepting a booking or after informing you that we could handle a booking.
