● Cancellations received 49 hours to 7 days prior to the arrival date, 50% charge on the booked basis.
● Cancellations received less than 48 hrs of the arrival date 100% charged on booked basis.
● Failure to arrive at the hotel is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
